He completed Warsaw University of Technology in 1993 as MSc of precise mechanics, in 2000 graduated the MBA at Canadian University of Calgary

In 1995 – 2004 he worked in TP S.A. group, at first in PTK Centertel dealing with mobile telephony as the Billing Service and Development Manages, and then being responsible for conversion of IT Department. Since 1999 he was managing the Office for program of GSM 900 run-up and development.

At the end of 2000, after TP S.A. privatization, Piotr commenced a work in this company owned by TP Group as Board's adviser for conversion of chosen JV (joint-venture). In 2002 he became a Strategic Planning Manager of TP Group. From the end of 2001 till the end of 2004 he was a member of boards of supervisors of some of the companies controlled by TP S.A.

In 2005 Piotr moved to Avantis where his main job was supporting the company founders in its further development. In 2007 he took the function of Chairman of the Board of Avantis S.A., he is responsible for the Company strategy.

He is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics (completed in 1998). In 2000 he finished MBA programme organized by University of Durham and Erasmus University Rotterdam

Artur is an Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development and a member of Avantis Board of Directors rresponsible for Avantis strategy and Business development on new markets and new field of activities.

In 1997 - 2000 he worked in PTK Centertel as business analyst responsible for defining the  business processes in the project of billing implementation. Moreover, he played an essential role in IT Department conversion and management of the project of reintroducing the Idea brand (currently Orange) (GSM 900).

In 2000 he started a job in The Boston Consulting Group where he participated in realization of the strategic projects for bank sector.

In 2002 – 2004 he worked in the Strategic Planning Department of TP Group, being responsible for design, implementation and operational coordination of the strategic planning process of TP Group (TP S.A. and its controlled companies).

Since 2004 Artur works for Avantis. His duties are related to the management of the complex enterprises and supporting activity development and preparation of the company development strategy. He has a practical experience in designing business processes, strategy preparation, project and process management supported by the familiarity with telecommunications market.

He is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies of Digital Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electronics at the Wrocław University of Technology.  

His professional carrier started in TDC Internet where he worked as Financial Analyst. Then he worked as Financial Analyst and Controller in the Galeria Centrum.

In January 2006 Maciek joined Avantis team. Since May 2007 he is a Proxy, in October 2007 he became a Member of the Board.
