Used numbers belong to the group SMS MO where the payment is taken by an operator for every SMS sent by the final used.
Tariff and numbers numbering system is unified in case of all mobile telephony operators and looks as follows:
- The numbers consist of 4 or 5 digits
- First digit is always 7
- Second digit indicates tariff in PLN net, where 0 means 0,5 PLN net and from 1 (1,00 PLN net) the cost increases by 1 PLN net up to 9,00 PLN net
- 2 or 3 last digits indicates service provider, company renting the given number from GSM operator, e.g. Avantis S.A.
Sample numbers:
- 7136 – number for 1,00 PLN net
- 74555 – number for 4,00 PLN net
Cost of sending SMS for SMS premium rate number by the service user is from 0,50 PLN net/ 0,61 PLN incl. VAT, and then from 1,00 PLN net/1,22 PLN incl. VAT by one PLN to 9,00 PLN net/10,98 PLN incl. VAT
Cost of return SMS to the user as an answer for the sent SMS – 0 PLN. Depending on the used tariff – An organizer is authorized to send back free of charge different number of return SMS.

- First digit is 2, 3 or 4
- 3 next digits indicate service provider, company renting the given number from GSM operator, e.g. Avantis S.A.

- cost of SMS sent to the shortened number is equal to the cost of standard SMS, according to the tariff plan accurate for the particular user
- Unit cost of messages sent to the user is variable, depending on the number of messages sent in a give month, decreasing if the sent volume increases.
SMS numbers for micro- and macropayment

- SMS payments exceeding billing of SMS Premium Rate numbers
- Possibility of charging from 0,10 PLN
The tariff and numbers numbering system is unified in case of all mobile telephony operators if the service is active and looks as follows:
- Numbers consist of 5 digits
- First digit is 8 in case of micropayments and 9 in case of macropayments
- Next 2 digits indicate net charge counted in Polish groszy (1 grosz = 0.01 PLN) in case of micropayments and in PLN in case of macropayments
- Last 2 digits indicate service provider, company renting the given number from GSM operator, e.g. Avantis S.A.
- Available micropayment tariffs – i.e. values of the messages sent by service users lie within 0,10 - 0,50 PLN net, charge increases by 5 groszy
- Available macropayment tariffs – i.e. values of the messages sent by service users lie within 10 - 20 PLN net, charge increases by 1 PLN and additionally 25 PLN net

SMS MT numbers (MT - mobile terminated)
Application
- Subscribed services – user subscribes a service by sending SMS and than, daily or weekly, according to the order schedule, receives ordered information.
- subscriptions may relate to the news (news services for practically every field), entertainment (content services, including successful episodes of the movie series), promotion or advertisement
Tariff and numbering
- activation of the subscribed service – by sent SMS, usually for 0 PLN or paid according to user's tariff
- payment for every received message from 0,10 to 25PLN net
Tariff and numbering in case of Orange:
- for the numbers 5xxxx: 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.7; 0.8; 0.9 PLN net/SMS
- for the numbers: 6xxxx: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10; 11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25 PLN net/SMS
where: first digit 5 or 6 indicates charging range, next two digits means the value in groszy or PLN net per every received SMS, next two digits define service provider, e.g. Avantis S.A.
Once activated service is active until deactivated by the user
Service in case of PTC Era
- Era does not offer standard SMS MT service but it is possible to run subscribed services in a little bit limited range
- Activation of service takes place, similarly to Orange, after sending a message (most often for 0 PLN or paid according to the user's tariff)
- User receives ordered information but the number of messages which are received during subscribed period (7, 14 days or 1 month) depends on the price of subscription
charging in PTC Era:
- cost of subscription in PTC Era for service user is 1-9 PLN net
- service may include from 3 to 37 messages back to the user
- service activated for defined time (7, 14 days or 1 month), after the subscribed period, is automatically prolonged for the same period if the service was not finished earlier
SMS MT service is not available in case of other operators.

Premium voice numbers (Audiotex)
Fixed lines – usually called in Poland “0700 lines” or “audiotele”
Numbers starting from:
- 0 700 or 0708 (depending on the operator) for the entertainment services (contests, horoscopes, games, chatlines, language conversations)
- 0 701 or 0 300 for news (financial, trade, tourist information)
- 0 400 for services like poll, mass voting (charts, voting in radio or TV programmes), payment realization (in spectacular charity actions or payment for product or service), particularly directed to the Clients acting on media market; services based on 0 400 numbers enable immediate count large number of votes cast in a form of phone calls realized simultaneously or in a very short time

- Numbers consist of 10 digits
- Starting from 0300 / 0400 (TP, Netia, GTS Energis, Telefonia Dialog)
- Starting from 0700 (TP)/ 0701 (TP)/ 0708 (Netia, GTS Energis, Telefonia Dialog)
- Next – 5-th digit indicates number of the tariff (according to the table below)
- Digits 6-7 (marked below as ‘yy’) indicate telecommunications operator
- Digits 8-10 (marked below as ‘zzz’) indicate service provider, e.g. Avantis S.A.
- Connections with numbers 0300, 0700, 0701, 0708 in case of tariffs 1-8 are charged per minute of connection (according to the table 1 below)
- Connections with numbers 0300, 0700, 0701, 0708 in case of tariff 9 are charged per connection (according to the table 1 below) independently on the time of its duration
- Connections with numbers 0400, exclusively automatic, are charged per connection (according to the table 2 below) – phone call
