Jet Multimedia Group took over 100% of shares in Avantis company, one of main players on Polish mobile service market. This transaction is another stage of development for Jet Multimedia group, including in Eastern Europe which is a rapidly developing market with huge growth potential.

Jet Multimedia goes on the strategy of international growth, strengthening its position in Europe (France, Spain, Italy and Poland) and North Africa (Maroko and Tunisia, as well as in America (Canada, Argentina).

Wojciech Łukawski, Avanti founder and chairman remarked on that crucial step in Avantis company evolution: “Joining Jet Multimedia group will let us hasten the development of Avantis company and extend activity beyond Polish market to other countries of Eastern and Central Europe which show considerable market potential and will constitute a real income channel for Jet Multimedia…”
