- Esotery – Service of magic and horoscopes for the users of mobile phone who like astrological forecasts. A horoscope predicts what will happen in the particular day, week, month or year and warns against the troubles. In the service a user can find 6 types of horoscopes. He or she can find their biorhythm, get information about genesis and features of the chosen name, check a name-day in a calendar and get familiar with the secrets of numerology.
- Audio postcards – Audio postcards is a great service allowing for sending wishes or greetings in an audio form. An advantage of the audio postcards is a fact that they can be sent to stationary phones and the time of delivery can be precisely defined. A user has an access to the content grouped in thematic categories. Currently, we have a base of hundreds audio postcards grouped in a series of categories, e.g. love, Christmas, name-day, birthday etc. New audio postcards are added to the base every month.
- Ringtones - Our offer includes over 30.000 multimedia elements - mostly poliphonic ringtones, true tones and sounds. IVR service is a perfect channel for presentation and sale of this type of content.
- Humour - IVR service allowing for listening to jokes and sending them to indicated number in a form of audio postcard. User has an access to the content grouped in the thematic categories: women, at the doctor’s, Johnny, sport.
- Contests and lotteries - It is possible to run various contests and lotteries in IVR service. Sample scenarios:
SCENARIO 1
A client calls Entertainment Service and selects Contests menu. Every User that participates in the contest receives 5 contest questions. A user's task is to select correct answer for the asked question and answering in the shortest possible time. Answering means pushing a particular key on phone's keypad (key buttons [1], [2] or [3]) that corresponds to the correct answer. Only one answer is correct. Selection of correct answer adds one point to user's result; in case of bad answer number of points does not change. 5 points maximum can be collected but the winner simultaneously has to answer the questions in the shortest time. Time is counted from the beginning of asking question to the moment of giving answer by selecting one of the keys,
SCENARIO 2
A user is to recognize, in the shortest possible time, titles of the songs presented in the contest. Not only the time matters but also correctness of the given answer. Every participant of the contest listens to fragments of four songs which names are to be guessed. In case of recognizing the song the participant should press key '1' as fast as possible. Then he will hear three different titles. Answer is given by pressing key [1], [2] or [3]. After giving an answer the participant hears next song. 4 points maximum can be collected but to win, one has to give the answers in the shortest possible time.
