Process description

SMS Service Manager (SMS SM) is an application available via WWW for Avantis Clients, SMS SM allows a Client individual operation activities connected with SMS services:

• traffic preview,
• simple SMS services creation,
• edition of created services,
• statistics and reports preview (e.g. daily and hourly division),
• financial results preview,
• generation of laureate numbers list (for the purpose of contact).
  

Due to the access to SMS SM Avantis clients have the possibility of opening and operation of many SMS services. The application is free of charge for Avantis regular clients and does not require any license fees!

The access to the service is possible only for users who had their account configured. In the process of signing in the system verifies the authorisation of a user, as within a business client account (e.g. Edipresse Publishing House) the access to the application may be granted for several users (selected Edipresse workers).
A user may have different roles and rights (all or selected). We may grant the following rights:

• new service creation,
• all services preview,
• service edition,
• SMS traffic preview,
• response SMS preview,
• access to statistics and reports,
• access to MSISDN numbers data base,
• content elements (option to send a wap-push to download a multimedia picture)

In this part [subtab Nowy serwis (New service)] the user may configure a simple SMS service on his/her own on the basis of available prefixes/commands for selected Premium SMS numbers (made available in the process of opening a user account by Avantis administrator). If a business client takes advantage of Premium SMS dedicated number, he/she has an opportunity to open a service on optional prefix.

Within a new service configuration a user determines a prefix/command, Premium SMS number, time frames of service activity, return SMS content (option to configure the content of many return SMSes in various time frames).
Moreover, it is possible to preview existing SMS services [subtab Lista serwisów (List of services)], which can be entered by the user and Edit existing services [subtab Edycja serwisu (Service edition)].
 

RUCH SMS (SMS MOVEMENT) Tab:

A detailed preview is possible for generated (in- and/or outcoming) SMS movement.
A preview is possible for a selected time frame, prefix/command, Premium SMS number, and MSISDN number. Generated data may be exported to a text file.
On determination of criteria by the user the following data are generated:

• date and time of SMS,
• LA number,
• SMS CONTENT,
• MSISDN number,
• operator.

SMSY ZWROTNE (RESPONSE SMSes) tab:

Counts the number of generated “free” return SMSes for a Premium SMS number, and the number of used return SMSs.
Presented data may be generated for selected time frame, as well as for a particular prefix/command and premium SMS number.
 

This part of an application serves to present statistics of generated SMS number within client services. Presented data may be generated for a selected time frame, as well as for a particular prefix/command and Premium (in- and/or outcoming) SMS number.
Division between operators is also possible and, in case of global statistics for a given Premium SMS number, it is possible to divide data into proper services. The total number is calculated separately.
Data are presented in the form of a chart with number data.
Statistic data may be presented in daily division [subtab Dzienne statystyki ilościowe (Daily quantity statistics)].

Financial reports

This part makes it possible to present financial reports of generated movement via client services [subtab Raporty finansowe (Financial reports)]. Financial data may be generated for a selected time frame as well as for a particular prefix/command and Premium SMS number.
 

It enables generating a list of MSISDN numbers which participated in client services.
A general list may be generated for a selected time frame, as well as a more detailed one for a particular prefix/command and Premium SMS number.
The generated list may be exported to a text file.
Moreover, it is possible to randomize a selected number of MSISDN numbers.
